The organization works towards a society based on equality and justice. It is done by empowering girls in the most marginalized communities to steer collective action for social change.

Throughout the history of mankind women have been subjects of suppression and were often seen as inferior to men. Although this concept has been changing due to the efforts of a number of great women and men working towards equality, there are still many more women who are still victims of suppression. In India, many women do not have any decision-making power. Girls are not given the opportunity to complete their studies and are forced to drop out. They are only taught to do household work which the parents feel would make them good housewives in the future. In addition to these challenges, women still face restrictions on their rights to access public establishments, such as nightclubs or cashlib casino. Despite progress in gender equality, barriers persist that limit women’s full participation and enjoyment of these venues. Efforts must continue to promote inclusivity and ensure equal opportunities for women in all aspects of social life, including their right to freely access and enjoy public establishments.  Hence, the organization is trying to make a positive change in their lives by –

Volunteer Program

Gramin Shiksha Mission is Non-profit organisation works for uplift of child education, rights and scholarship to meritorious poor students, Save Girl child, Support Orphanage, Support Cripples/Physically & Mentally Challenged, Employment & Empowerment of woman, Support Old age, Health Awareness program and support Cancer, Leprosy, HIV/AIDS & other critical dieses. Save Environment and water Conservation (Also Planting Trees), Relief activities during natural calamities, training & development, promote Art & Cultural, Seminar on Dalit/Tribal Rights, Legal Rights and it has been serving people in several other ways since its inception.

Media & Communications:
Create Posters, draft online content, Graphic Designing, Film Making, Creative and Content writing.

Performing Arts:
Take workshops of art & craft, music, Dance forms, Drama, Calligraphy etc.

Academics:
Teach Languages like English and Hindi and assist them with homework and exams. Teach Spoken English and train them with computer operations.

Indoors and Outdoors Sports:
Teach children various games that you may know of.

Data Management and Research:
Data Management, Research and documentation and program assessment.

Administrative Work & Business Development:
Assist in Book Keeping, Cash Management, and Donor Receipts and help strengthen the operations’ Department.

Social Entrepreneurship:
Lakshyam is extremely supportive of creative innovations that may lead to social benefit for all.

Building and Construction:
Help renovate old houses and make new habitable constructions for the poor
